Hills on all sides
Motor boats do stir the clams waters a lot
Land, Air & Water
The lake gave a whole 360 view of Tirumurti hills
Ah! Now here we have a route... but this didn't lead me anywhere, later I found a better shore, from where I got a boat to go into the lake.
Not from here either!
Clear blue water, with tree drooping over the edge... how do I get to the water
Closer
This urchin simply loved the camera!
The Tirumurti temple
Neat isn't it!! See how far we were from it! Don't worry we will be going into that lake soon ;)
A beautiful lake, seen from atop the hills
They had decorative baskets with flowers and fruits... I maintained a safe distance, you never know when the jungle ppl feel you are making the place unholy
Jungle ritual...
I mean, treking is fine, but jumping over boulders is insane!!!
Into the wilderness
Here we are, at the foot of Tirumurti hills
Wide open spaces that just enchant me!
This was from a distance... wait till I get there
The majestic Tirumurti hills
I simply loved those windmills
An array of windmills
Beautiful isn't it!
Didn't I tell you, pollachi meant coconut town
If I ever publish my poems, I will use this as a cover.

As if weird architecture and weird creatures were not enough, the ground in front of the central library also served as a UFO landing zone! :o!!
See!! I told you...
Mruna is so small you will easily pass her off as a 10 year old... she is wearing a wrist band there!! Don't believe me?! Wait for the next photo
We are so bored... what do we do now??!
Wild flowers!
Remember yoga classes!! Jai gurudev!!!
Block B (These will make sense only to those who have been to Pollachi)
Snack Canteen :-)!! This place served good coffee
Block A (These will make sense only to those who have been to Pollachi)
I never understood what this meant, but it did look nice. It had the four lions of the Ashok Stambh at the top, and some weird architecure below
This was just near the entrance of MCET
The long empty road from the boys hostel to the main gate
Celluar Jail!! The rooms in the boys hostel... Thank goodness we had better rooms
I just found a better photo of that girls hostel, and if you look carefully, you can see the guard too here
A late night shot of the road within MCET
I walk the lonely road...
The roomies: Saif, me, Clitus, Terence
The roomies: Saif, me, Clitus, Terence
The food there was so bad, everyone would gather at this hotel called Arul Jyoti... You can see the crowd, try to get some "food", cause no human could eat the mess food
The boys hostel, from inside (I will upload a lot more of this place)
Didn't I tell you, that is where everyone would gather... (Kashmira, Mruna, Sundar, Sushant, Samidha...standing behind: Vimarsh and Soumya)
Our favorite hangout place was outside the girls hostel
Terry relaxing after a good days work
The girls hostel at MCET; There would always be a guard sitting in that guard post to make sure no guys could slip inside... It was a really high security zone [work around: The girls would hang around here, outside the gate ;-) ]

Muttu and I were the only 2 who got drenched in the end (with cloths on and nothing to change into)
